The Teams Call Monitor/Presenter Window is one of the most prominent meeting elements that enables meeting awareness during screen sharing or multitasking.
When you present, you will not be able to see who raised their hands and who is the active speaker etc, also when you are multitasking, you will not see the same information.
Microsoft is releasing new meetings and content management, particularly on the call monitor/presenter window. In the new release, you can see who raised their hands and how many people raised them.
Within the presenter window, you can able to enable/disable video, mute/unmute audio, and share/stop sharing. You can also move your presenter window to another screen for a better view.
Now even go further to see the active participant and mute them and lower the participant's hands without going to the main meeting screen.
