If your Neat Room console is not responsive and you always need to double-tab to start the meeting or share the console, then you need to validate the below settings.
Neat provides a "Screen Reader" feature to help people who have disabilities to read the names on the console to manage their meetings, they can use the reader option, so they can navigate the console to start the meeting.
However, if this was enabled by someone mistakenly, then it's very hard to use the console to update the admin settings or manage the meeting. When the Screen Reader is enabled, it will install the drivers to activate the voice prompts.
To disable the "Screen Reader" option, select the "Settings" button right bottom of the screen and then select "Device Settings."
Select the "Accessibility" option and then disable the "Screen Reader" option and then exit the settings page.
Now you should be able to access the console without any delay/double-tapping the options.
