User not able to open additional/shared mailboxes in OWA in Exchange 2013

Issue: -

User not able to open additional/shared mailboxes in OWA in Exchange 2013 Environment.

Error Message: -

When User open shared mailbox in Exchange 2013 OWA they get HTTP 500 error.

Error Statement: -

Basically this Issue indicating permission/authentication issue; however there are possible server configuration issues if it’s affecting all users.

Resolution: -

1.  Check IIS, ensure that the entire authentication is 

set correctly and "Require SSL" is checked on the root 

of the default website.

2.  Restart IIS service by running “IISReset /NoForce”.

3.  If it fails, please try to restart the “Microsoft 

Exchange Forms-Based Authentication” service on 

Exchange 2013 server.

4. Check whether users have appropriated access permission by running Get-MailboxPermission command.
